Exactly! DOCS is a Who. Not a What. We are not a corporate consulting firm. We are not an impersonal entity. You are not a number. You are a real person that has the courage to take a big leap and you are smart enough to recognize the benefit of surrounding yourself with experience you can trust. That's who we are. Jackie and I with our small team enjoy partnering with our limited client base to give them the attention they need. We don't just dump tons of data and information on you and leave you with the task of implementing things on your own. Whether a specific project or long term management partnership. We come along side you every step of the way.
Wally Gardner MBA, PhD
I have been helping dentists manage construction and equipment projects for over 25 years. With degrees in project management, administration, training & logistics, I am able to confidently advise my clients in defining exactly what they are looking for with their construction and equipment needs. I am a Certified Project Manager and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I've helped more than 1500 doctors plan, design, construct and equip their practices. I have resourced, interviewed and on-boarded hundreds of dental team members to include, clerical, administrators, assistants, hygienists and associate dentists. I am currently a member of the Tennessee Air National Guard and I enjoy mentoring young men as a middle school and high school lacrosse coach where I reside with my wife and family in Germantown, TN.
Jackie Gardner BS, RDH
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Jackie has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 30 years. That experience along with growing up in her father's private dental practice gives her great clinical and administrative insights that she uses to help our clients' create increase productivity and greater efficiency in their practices.
